Integrated ATM, POS Solution and ATM Card Rollout Services

Considering the large geographical area, lack of expert manpower, infrastructure & its operations and technical know-how of payment services in rural banking sector, it is very difficult and time consuming to bank to offer best and innovative services to their esteemed customer and also to maintain a customer satisfaction of the customer is a biggest challenge. Annual Maintenance Contract

VOL has to carry out on-site comprehensive maintenance of the Computer Systems (Systems include Servers, Desktop, Printers, UPS etc.).The VOL will keep the system in 100% working condition. Whenever any Hardware equipment/ component is taken out for repair, the same hardware equipment/ component has to be returned after repair unless it is declared to be irreparably damaged.VOL will provide best of class services to the bank
